• South on Route 539.
• Left on Thomas Avenue.
• Left on Route 9 North.
• Right on Dock Road (aka CR 602).
• Follow through salt marsh to end.
• Launch site is at end. The launch area is a small beach on right side of parking area.

Parking situation:

Limited asphalt parking lot. In summer, parking lot likely to be overutilized by those fishing and crabbing. Exercise discretion and double up on parking spaces to reduce over utilization possibilities.

   - approx 4.5 - 5 miles to Rt 72 Bridge
   - approx 9 miles to Barnegat Bay
   - approx 15 miles to Barnegat Inlet

Heading South:
   - approx 6.5 - 7 miles to Great Bay Wildlife Management Area (including Little Sheepshead Creek & Big Sheepshead Creek)
   - approx 9 miles to Little Egg Harbor Inlet
