• Take Route 539 to Route 9.
• Right onto Route 9 South and follow for 1/2 mile.
• Left onto Radio Road / CR 601 and take to end.

• From South
• Garden State Parkway North to Exit 50 to Route 9.
• Follow Route 9 North for approx. 5 miles.
• Right onto Mathistown Rd.
• Follow for 1.75 miles to Radio Road.
• Right onto Radio Road / CR 601 and take to end.

Launching considerations / restrictions:

Actual status of Graveling point as a legal launch site may be unclear. Closed for years for boat launching, there are currently no signs prohibiting such launching, but locals at the beach say that boat launching is still prohibited. Kayaks must be lifted over, or carried around, a low parking barrier at road's end. Launch at Graveling Point only at your own (legal) risk.

Launch directly into the Great Bay at mouth of Mullica River.
- approx 3 miles across Great Bay out to Fish Island and the abandoned fish cannery
- approx 5 miles to the Brigantine Division of the Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge
- approx 5.75 miles out to Atlantic Ocean via Little Egg Inlet
