Driving Directions:

• From North
• Garden State Parkway South to Exit 52.
• Left off ramp onto Route CR654.
• Follow CR654 about a mile or so to Route 9 South.
• Right onto Route 9 South.
• Stay on Route 9 for about 2.5 miles.
• As Route 9 bears right to go back onto Parkway South you bear LEFT onto Amasas Landing Rd.
• Take it to the end (less than .5 mile).
• As you get farther down Amasas Landing Rd, it becomes dirt and there are many potholes. Be ready for a bumpy ride.

• From South
• Garden State Parkway North to Exit 50.
• From ramp, bear left onto Amasas Landing Road instead of getting back onto Route 9.
• Take it to the end (less than .5 mile).
• As you get farther down Amasas Landing Rd, it becomes dirt and there are many potholes. Be ready for a bumpy ride.

• From West
• Route 542 East to Route 9 South.
• Follow Route 9 for about 1 mile.
• As Route 9 bears right to go back onto Parkway South you bear LEFT onto Amasas Landing Rd.
• Take it to the end (less than .5 mile).
• As you get farther down Amasas Landing Rd, it becomes dirt and there are many potholes. Be ready for a bumpy ride.

Many small creeks to explore upriver. (very easy to get lost - use navigational aids) Be very vigilant of powerboat and personal watercraft traffic.

You can camp at nearby Bass River State Forest. (There is NO access to the Bass River from the state forest & campground)
