Driving Directions:

• Interstate 80 to Exit 25.
• Follow Route 206 North for 7 miles to Limecrest Rd. (County Route 669)(Exxon Station).
• Right on Limecrest Road.
• Follow Limecrest Road for 1 mile to the park entrance on the left.

Launching considerations / restrictions:

You can also launch directly to the right of the ramp if the ramp is crowded with boats.

Parking situation:

Drop your boat off at the ramp, then park in large paved lot near the rest rooms.

Comments:

There are no fees to use the lake or to park here.

This is an excellent lake for an easy relaxing paddle. Wind is usually no problem. Approximately 2.5 miles circumnavigation. There is a very active private airport on the site. Interesting to watch to airplanes approach runway which is a few feet from edge of lake. On west side of lake is an old day camp with concrete platforms going out into water. On east side is an old railroad bed where you can see old ties and a signal. The park also offers excellent hiking nature trail, Biking trail on a "Railtrail", picnicking. See State park link below. The rest rooms are very clean and large enough to change in. Ramp may get quite busy with fishing boats, however no gasoline motors allowed.
