Driving Directions:

• Garden State Parkway to Exit 98 (I-195 West).
• Follow I-195 West to Exit 31A (CR-547/Lakewood-Farmingdale Road South).
• Make next right on Old tavern Road/CR-21.
• Proceed on Old Tavern Road for approx. 3.5 miles to Windeler Road.
• RIGHT on Windeler Road.
• Watch for park entrance on right.

Launching considerations / restrictions:

Must be off by dusk. Check at the desk. Monmouth County charges a $5 daily fee to launch. Rangers do not like you in the water. Not a good place to practice water safety skills.

Parking situation:

Can drop boats near launch ramp and parking in a large parking lot.

Comments:

Reservoir size = 770 acres.

Restricted eagle nesting area clearly marked. You must wear a PFD, the Rangers out on the Reservoir will check.
