Driving Directions:

• From North
• Garden State Parkway South to exit 89. (Brick, CR 528)
• Right on Airport Road to end (CR-528).
• RIGHT on CR-528 (Cedar Bridge Ave.), Past SR-70, to CR-549 (Brick Boulevard).
• RIGHT on CR-549.
• Follow directions below starting at **.

• From South
• Garden State Parkway North to exit 90.
• Right on Chambers Bridge road (CR 549) East toward SR-70.
• Continue on CR-549, past SR-70. Note that CR-549 makes right at Brick mall and changes name to Brick Boulevard.
• ** Continue on CR-549 to Schoener Drive (Approx 1.5 miles).
• LEFT on Schoener Drive.
• FIRST RIGHT on Tunesbrook Road.
• Continue for approx 0.5 mile until Mallard Point Park on RIGHT side.

Launching considerations / restrictions:

Avoid the upper creek area during low tide. It is shallow and muddy.

Parking situation:

Unload kayak at beach area and park on street. Approximately 10 yards of beach to the waterline.

Comments:

A few picnic tables and pole grills are available.

Good access East to Barnegat Bay (paddling distance is approximately 1 mile)
