Launching considerations / restrictions:
This is tidal water and the park is only open sun-up to sun-down.
Parking situation:
There is space for a few cars at the end of the road near guardrail however there is a parking lot with about 40 spots also in the park.
Comments:
You can also access Beaver Brook from here. Put in at described location and paddle towards the bridge for SR-42; before going under bridge, you will see Beaver Brook on the right side (there are some trees fallen into water so be careful)
Most towns along the creek do not allow swimming as the creek was once heavily polluted 20 years ago due to the Camden sewarage plant, but thanks to cleanup efforts you will see wildlife on your paddle. Also, be warned against eating any fish you may catch here as well.
