Driving Directions from North:

• I-295 South to Exit 24A (Gateway Blvd/ SR-45 South).
• Follow SR-45 South for 5 Miles and you will then cross over the Mantua Creek.
• Take next jug handle at the Telford Inn, on to SR-45 North.
• Cross Mantua Creek, and then immediate RIGHT on Cove Road.
• Small grass entry on Cove Road into Mantua Creek.

Launching considerations / restrictions:

Best to launch at high tide. 2 feet of mud to cross at low tide.

Parking situation:

Good parking available in closed down resturant parking lot. 10 yards from drop off.

Comments:

Entry on the Mantua Creek which is main drain watershed for large section of Gloucester County. Scenic access along 18 miles of slow moving tidal creek to the Delaware river. Wildlife seen is muskrats, ducks, hawks, birds.
